They will assist in operational activities to ensure smooth production line operations, guaranteeing compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Federal Inspection requirements, and internal quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in production process stages such as slaughter, deboning, cutting, trimming, sorting, weighing, and packaging of beef. Operate equipment including trimmers, saws, sealers, and scales. Perform cutting and trimming of cuts derived from ribs, hindquarters, and forequarters according to production scheduling. Weigh, package, label, and organize products, ensuring traceability and adherence to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Comply with Federal Inspection Service (SIF) requirements and internal standards for quality, environment, health, and occupational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** Primary education.
