We believe that when producers grow, agribusiness grows—and we grow alongside them. **If you want to transform the agricultural sector with purpose and be part of something great, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment and system performance and extend their service life. * Develop and review maintenance plans based on failure analysis and performance history. * Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are performed with quality and within established deadlines. * Provide technical guidance and ongoing training to maintenance team members. * Monitor maintenance KPIs and metrics to assess activity effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. * Conduct root cause analyses for recurring failures and develop corrective and preventive action plans. * Supervise inventory control of spare parts and materials, ensuring procurement is carried out efficiently and cost-effectively. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory and safety standards. * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures, aiming to reduce costs and increase asset reliability. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance activities, including maintenance records, work orders, and performance reports. * Support maintenance operations for highly complex machinery such as CNCs, laser and plasma cutters, automation systems, and others—providing technical support and contacting external assistance when necessary. * Oversee de-energization and re-energization of installations whenever required. * Use company-provided personal and collective protective equipment correctly.
