Great Place to Work certified company experiencing growth **What We’re Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and scale process automations to reduce manual tasks and increase operational efficiency. * Map existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. * Build and maintain integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP), handling data in JSON and XML formats. * Develop scripts and automations using Python, PowerShell, and Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud). * Perform data queries and manipulation in relational databases (SQL) to support automations and analytics. * Implement web scraping in scenarios where APIs are unavailable. * Integrate automations with Artificial Intelligence (AI) services, such as intelligent OCRs, LLMs, and cognitive services. * Version control and document code, workflows, and automation solutions. * Collaborate closely with technical teams—including Information Security—responsible for incorporating security requirements into solutions.
