Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product organization, restocking, and display; maintaining a safe sales environment; and providing customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure inventory organization and availability for customers. 2. Maintain attractive product displays for self-service. 3. Provide courteous service and support to customers. **Know Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking", executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock addressing in aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with safety rules and procedures to ensure high inventory availability for customers; * Replace labels and create labeling and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" procedure, keeping displays, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or any other items obstruct or hinder customer circulation in the section’s aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to checkout requests and provide support whenever necessary to ensure swift customer service; * Respond attentively, courteously, and willingly when approached by customers, facilitating sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four scenarios (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Be at least 18 years of age. **Benefits Package:** * Life insurance; * On-site meal allowance; * Christmas bonus; * Transportation voucher.
