#### **About the position:** If you are a communicative professional with analytical vision, proactive attitude, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal relationships, you will be an excellent fit for this role! We are seeking a generalist HR professional with experience in key activities including recruitment and selection (R\&S), training and development (T\&D), submission of data for payroll and electronic timekeeping closing, vacation and hour bank management, benefits requests, and monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety processes (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory trainings, etc). #### **Main responsibilities:** * Submit data for payroll and electronic timekeeping closing; * Conduct recruitment processes—from job requisition through completion of the new employee’s probationary period; * Monitor and track training programs; * Manage vacations, hour banks, various types of leave, and benefits packages; * Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety regulations at the unit; * Prepare monthly performance reports; * Monitor HR metrics to ensure achievement of planned targets; * Oversee departmental processes to guarantee adherence to required procedures and audit evidence. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with RM Labore (Totvs) system is desirable; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint. #### **Benefits:** \[Include benefits offered by the Operation].
