This professional helps ensure that materials required for production are available at the right time. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the **procurement process of raw materials, supplies, and materials**. * Obtain **quotations from suppliers** and monitor delivery deadlines. * Issue **purchase orders** and track order status. * Support **Production Planning and Control (PCP)** by verifying material requirements. * Monitor **minimum stock levels and material replenishment**. * Update **spreadsheets and systems for purchasing and production control**. * Serve as the **interface between production, warehouse, and suppliers**. * Monitor **material receipt and invoice verification**.
