Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, contacting clients and coordinators, and performing material submission procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to adapt and simultaneously manage diverse projects Responsibilities: • Review internally produced materials and ensure they meet the client's required delivery standards; • Monitor production schedules and ensure deliverables meet agreed deadlines; • Submit CRT registrations to Ancine; • Daily communication with post-production coordinators, customer service, and clients; • Responsible for submitting materials to TV broadcasters via platforms (Peach/Zarpa or Adstream); • Prepare clapperboards according to Ancine standards for advertising films. Requirements: Experience working in video production companies; Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office suite; Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail and deadlines; Ability to adapt and simultaneously manage diverse projects; Knowledge of video formats and audiovisual and advertising language; Basic knowledge of Photoshop; Ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable: Experience serving retail clients; Knowledge of material submission to broadcasters via platforms (Peach/Zarpa and Adstream); Familiarity with Taskrow platforms; Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
