As a direct partner of **Banco Bradesco**, it manages their contracts transparently and efficiently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide clear and courteous customer service via e\-mail; * Fill out and update control spreadsheets; * Support administrative activities within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong written communication skills; * Focused attention and organizational ability; * Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and simple controls); * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 1\.300,00; Bonus: 0 to 3 salaries per year; Commission based on target achievement; Meal Allowance/Food Allowance: R$ 25.00 (per day), via the flexible Caju card; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance: (no payroll deduction); Birthday DayOff; Work Model: In-person; Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday); Work Location: Near São Bento Station \- São Paulo.
