We seek an attentive, responsible professional with strong interpersonal skills and appropriate conduct for public interaction and management of people and vehicle entry and exit. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and vehicles. * Record entries and exits. * Monitor cameras and security systems (CCTV). * Ensure safety and order on-site. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (preferred). * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with access control systems. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and attentiveness. * Flexibility regarding work schedule. **Work Schedule:** 12x36\. **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.031,57\. * SCHEDULE: 12X36 (NIGHT SHIFT) * Meal Allowance (VR): R$ 26.03 per day * Food Allowance (VA): R$ 205.91 * Transportation Allowance (VT): * Performance Bonus (PBP): R$ 110.00 * Profit Sharing (PLR): R$ 326.04 (paid in two installments) Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.031,57 per month Work Location: On-site
