Job Summary: A finance controller responsible for financial, budgetary, and performance analysis routines, focused on continuous improvement and decision support. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct controller routines and ensure the quality of information 2. Prepare and review annual budget and financial forecasts 3. Develop and monitor managerial income statements (DRE), contribution margin, and EBITDA Main Responsibilities * Conduct controller routines, ensuring the quality of managerial and financial information. * Prepare, monitor, and review the annual budget (Budget) and financial forecasts. * Perform variance analyses between actual and budgeted results, proposing corrective action plans. * Manage and analyze direct and indirect cash flow, working capital, and liquidity indicators. * Develop and monitor managerial income statements (DRE), contribution margin, EBITDA, and other performance indicators. * Monitor and analyze costs, with a focus on COGS, losses, and operational efficiency. * Oversee inventory management, identifying opportunities for improvement and loss reduction. * Build dashboards and managerial reports to support executive leadership and decision-making. * Collaborate with operational departments, translating financial indicators into practical and actionable insights. * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and financial routines. * Train leaders and teams on financial management concepts and business performance indicators. * Conduct site visits to units/operations to understand the business and identify opportunities. Technical Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, or related areas is considered a plus. * Proven experience in controller functions, financial planning, and performance analysis. * Experience in retail, franchising, agribusiness, or industrial companies. * Solid knowledge of: * COGS and inventory management; * Cash flow (direct and indirect); * Working capital; * Managerial income statements (DRE); * Budgeting and forecasting; * Variance and performance analysis. * Advanced Excel. * Experience with BI tools and building managerial dashboards. * ERP system knowledge is considered a plus. * Experience in franchising companies. * Prior involvement in management professionalization projects. * Track record of implementing controls, KPIs, and financial processes. * Experience in expansion or restructuring environments. * **Employment Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) * **Compensation Range:** * BRL 11,000.00 to BRL 12,000.00 per month (no benefits) * **Work Location:** On-site**City/Region:** São Paulo/SP – Vila Carrão (East Zone)**Full Address:** Vila RE Neighborhood, São Paulo - SP, ZIP Code: 03.658-010 Payment: BRL 2,515.13 – BRL 11,839.01 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
