Hybrid Model – São Paulo** ### **Solutions Architect – IBM \& Red Hat \| Focus on Data Platform, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science** ### **São Paulo/SP \| Hybrid Model \| Ingram Micro Brasil** ### ### **If you are someone who transforms technology into tangible market impact, love data, AI, and data science as essential enablers for intelligent scaling — this role is for you!** ### ### **At Ingram Micro Brasil, we seek a Solutions Architect to collaborate with the IBM \& Red Hat partner ecosystem, leading the development of innovative solutions grounded in real-world challenges. This professional will also serve as a bridge between technology, business, and people, delivering practical value in cutting-edge projects.** ### ### **Your responsibilities will include:** ### **Work directly with IBM \& Red Hat business partners, providing technical support from solution conception through execution and technical defense** ### **Support the development of data and artificial intelligence solution architectures** ### **Collaborate with partners and customers on technical solution design, aligned with strategic objectives to support opportunity progression** ### **Evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with industry best practices and standards for data and AI project development** ### **Co-create solutions using Design Thinking and a consultative approach focused on data** ### **Develop MVPs, proofs of concept, and hands-on experiences (POX) focused on Data \& AI** ### **Lead workshops, upskilling journeys, and technical trainings** ### **Represent Ingram Micro at IMnova, our co-creation and innovation hub with the ecosystem** ### **Explore synergies with other vendors and cloud providers** ### **Identify knowledge gaps among partners and coordinate technical, strategic, and commercial upskilling journeys** ### **Contribute to the development of technical content (documentation, best-practice guides, presentations, whitepapers)** ### **Support continuous internal team development and contribute to the technical growth of our business partners** ### ### **We are looking for someone with:** ### **Experience with IBM Data and AI solutions (watsonx, Cloud Pack for Data, Cognos, IBM Planning), Red Hat AI and Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundations, and/or data solutions from other vendors such as Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, AWS, Databricks, and BI solutions like Tableau, QlikView** ### **Knowledge of AI models and Machine Learning frameworks (Watsonx.ai, TensorFlow, Others)** ### **Knowledge of Data Science and development of intelligent agents and generative AI process automation** ### **Desirable knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or related languages** ### **Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat AI** ### **Knowledge of databases (IBM, Open Source, and others)** ### **Excellent communication skills with technical, commercial, and executive audiences** ### **Passion for innovation and strong ability to engage with ecosystems** ### ### **At IMnova, you’ll be a key pillar in transforming ideas into scalable solutions — connecting our partners with the most strategic technologies in the market.** ### ### **If you want to join a team that leads with innovation, collaboration, and real impact — comment, share, or send me a message!
