Implement continuous improvements aimed at performance and security Ensure the availability, stability, security, and performance of the company's technology infrastructure, guaranteeing that servers, networks, backup systems, and IT resources operate reliably to support all operational areas. * Key Responsibilities: Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers. Manage and perform backup and restore routines, ensuring data integrity and availability. Administer virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) and storage resources. Perform network maintenance and monitoring (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers). Monitor service availability, links, and connectivity between sites. Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents promptly. Implement continuous improvements aimed at performance, security, and risk reduction. Support internal teams during high-impact infrastructure-related incidents. Ensure compliance with information security best practices. Document infrastructure processes, routines, and architectures. Assist in vendor management and procurement of technology services. * Education Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Technical Competencies MCSA/MCSE VMware VCTA or VCP Linux LPI Fortinet, Cisco or equivalent
