Job Summary: Develop and maintain process automations (RPA) and internal applications using Python and open-source tools to optimize IT and business workflows. Key Highlights: 1. Self-taught and exploratory profile with strong communication skills Develop and maintain process automations (RPA) and small internal applications using **Python and open-source tools**, integrating legacy systems, ERPs, and web applications to optimize internal IT and business area workflows. **Main Responsibilities** * Map and develop internal process automations using Python \+ Selenium \+ open-source RPA. * Create and maintain small internal applications (e.g., dashboards, administrative portals, APIs). * Document workflows, scripts, and automated routines. * Build simple deployment and scheduling pipelines (Linux cron, GitHub Actions, etc.). * Collaborate with the IT team to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements. * Ensure security of automated data and access. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with **bot orchestration** (Airflow, Dagster, or even intelligent crons) * Experience with **RabbitMQ or Kafka** (message queues, if volume increases) * Familiarity with **DevOps concepts** and secure development best practices **Behavioral Competencies** * **Self-taught and exploratory** profile, comfortable with open-source solutions and technical documentation. * Strong **communication with business areas** (ability to understand the process before automating it). * Strong sense of **code organization and version control**. * Proactive in proposing automation improvements and standards.
