Job Summary: The Junior Process Technician will provide technical support in the mastic area, focusing on application and product performance analysis, while maintaining a cheerful and healthy work environment. Focus on continuous improvement and process control Brief Description The Junior Process Technician is a member of Optima Solutions. This person must demonstrate the ability to provide technical support related to mastics—whether at the supply center, during application, or in line product performance analysis. They must also foster and maintain a cheerful and healthy environment among all team members. This individual must exhibit excellence in adopting the behavioral competencies expected for this role. **Detailed Responsibilities** Participate in meetings with PPG in manufacturing and maintenance areas, as needed; Participate in DSS safety/shift handover meetings covering safety standards, Near Miss incidents, health, environment, PPG policies, standards, and procedures, as well as those of the plant where working; Monitor PPG products for the customer’s production line; Identify potential accident risks; Control PDM process data; Maintain 5S in the workplace; Report losses due to purges or customer product leakage; Support studies for developing continuous improvement projects; Manage material inventory at the plant; Control process parameters; Send samples for analysis. **Mandatory Requirements** Technical and/or university degree; Dynamic and proactive personality; Proficiency in computer tools (PowerPoint/Excel); Availability to work in São Bernardo do Campo. **Desirable Requirements** Teamwork skills; Results-oriented mindset; Strong communication ability; Intermediate English language proficiency; Knowledge of adhesives and sealants. **About us:** **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™** Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
