Lead resolution of production problems in a critical manner. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Base24 EPS Software Developer with a strong background in Base24 architecture and modules, as well as expertise in Base24\. The ideal candidate will possess operational knowledge of various Base24 components and be able to navigate through the Base24 configuration structure effectively. This role requires collaboration with business partners and external vendors to provide technical expertise and drive system improvements. **Responsibilities:** Navigate through Base24 configuration structure using UI client. Work closely with business partners to provide technical expertise and explain system potential for future expansion or improvements. Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts with external vendors across different platforms. Maintain productive relationships with internal and external groups and organizations. Understand business needs driving projects or system changes. Act as the custodian and technical owner of Base24 installations. Monitor system health, suggest improvements to streamline operations, and provide technical advice. Lead the resolution of production problems in a critical manner. **Requisitos:** **Mandatory Skills:** Base24 EPS architecture and modules structure Base24 EPS scripting Base24 Classic architecture ATM and POS authorization principles Operational knowledge of WebGate product Network protocols TCP/IP NonStop Batchcom, SCF, FUP, TACL, EMS commands and navigation ACI NCPCOM utility purpose, commands, and operational principles Base24 XPNET networking configuration C Programming Stored Procedure EMV, card verification, and PIN security concepts **Preferred Skills:** TACL macros and script writing skills **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Base24 systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
