Senior Frontend React JS Developer

Description

We are seeking a Senior Frontend React JS Developer to work with a strategic client located on Avenida Paulista in São Paulo, in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site). **Responsibilities and duties** * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance React.js/TypeScript frontend applications with emphasis on performance, accessibility (WCAG), security (OWASP), and observability. * Define and evolve MFE architectures, including composition, routing, dependency sharing/isolation, and independent deployment. * Design and/or consume BFF layers in Node.js (NestJS/Express/Fastify) for data aggregation, caching, security policies, and resilience. * Integrate and consume REST/GraphQL APIs, applying best practices for authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0/OIDC), versioning, and fault tolerance. * Maintain and evolve the Design System and Component Library, including design tokens, guidelines, Storybook, versioning, documentation, and governance. * Write clear technical documentation, such as ADRs, RFCs, integration guides, UI standards, and runbooks. * Collaborate with Architecture and SRE teams on implementing CI/CD, feature flags, progressive delivery, and rollout/rollback strategies on AWS. * Lead and participate in technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, RFCs, and spikes, with a collaborative mindset and results orientation. * Promote code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as code reviews, linters, and test coverage targets. * Collaborate effectively within the team, maintaining strong communication, proactivity, and openness to technical discussions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid production experience with React.js and TypeScript. * Practical experience with BFF in Node.js (NestJS, Express, or Fastify). * Knowledge of contract standardization, caching, pagination, security, and observability (logs, metrics, and tracing). * Experience with modular frontend architectures, such as MFE, Module Federation, single-spa, and monorepos using Nx or Turborepo. * Experience with Design Systems, including component libraries, design tokens, Storybook, guidelines, and semantic versioning. * Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs. * Knowledge of retry/backoff strategies, circuit breaker implementation in BFF, and schema evolution. * Knowledge of web performance and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, and INP), including code splitting, lazy loading, and asset/image optimization. * Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization/localization (i18n/l10n). * Knowledge of frontend security, including XSS/CSRF mitigation, secure cookies, token management, and LGPD compliance. * Operational experience with AWS services, including CloudFront, S3, API Gateway/ALB, Lambda, WAF, Cognito, Secrets Manager/SSM, CloudWatch, and X-Ray. * Experience writing technical documentation. * Experience with APIs, BFF, and MFE. * Strong communication skills, collaborative and proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal relationships. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and constructive posture in technical discussions. **Additional information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
