Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. \#CareerThatConnects \#PassionForCaring \#ImRedeAmericas **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a professional to execute and sustain pricing, profitability, and financial performance analyses, ensuring data accuracy, supporting negotiations, and aiding decision-making—with a focus on economic efficiency and financial visibility of hospital operations. * Develop analyses of **pricing, profitability, and margins** by procedure, health plan, and hospital unit; * Support the development and maintenance of **price lists and hospital packages;** * Conduct financial studies to support **commercial negotiations** and contractual adjustments; * Develop managerial reports and dashboards for financial and commercial performance; * Analyze variations in clinical costs and their impact on pricing; * Work with large volumes of data, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of information; * Support the Pricing Specialist and leadership in generating **analytical insights;** * Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation of analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in **pricing, controllership, finance, or hospital cost management**. * Strong proficiency in **advanced Excel and financial analysis**. * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Analytical ability and structured logical reasoning. * SQL knowledge or database manipulation skills are desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical profile with data orientation; * Strong communication skills for presenting analyses; * Proactivity and ability to handle multiple demands. **Additional Information** Our care begins at home—delivering the best for our people.
