Actively participate in agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation **What We’re Looking For:** =================== A professional serving as a **Mainframe Analyst**, with availability for hybrid work (3 days per week onsite) in the Santo Amaro or Interlagos regions (São Paulo/SP). **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Analyze, code, and test systems on High Platform, ensuring high-quality deliveries; * Develop and maintain BATCH/CICS programs, ensuring service availability and responsiveness; * Performance Optimization: Anticipate bottlenecks in Batch and Online processes, proposing solutions that enhance application reliability; * Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement), accurately estimating timelines and effort; * Technical Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation to facilitate maintenance and process understanding. **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Languages and Structures: Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and VSAM; * Online Processing: Solid experience with CICS; * Database: Strong knowledge of DB2 (SQL), with emphasis on performance and data manipulation; * Agile Culture: Familiarity with the Jira ecosystem and methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Code Management: Experience with version control tools; * Critical Thinking: Analytical ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation; Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microfocus tools (Enterprise Server/Developer); * Knowledge of Oracle database; * Use of Confluence for knowledge base management; * Experience with GitHub. **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
