You will work in a collaborative, innovative, and technically excellent environment, actively participating in the definition and implementation of modern architectures and advanced engineering practices. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop scalable fullstack solutions for the Generative AI platform, ensuring high performance, security, and user experience. * Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement modern architectures for backend (.Net, Python, Node.js) and frontend (React.js, Microfrontend, Next.js). * Design and implement integrations with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and data consistency. * Lead technical initiatives focused on innovation, standardization, and component reuse to accelerate development. * Contribute to the adoption of advanced observability and monitoring practices for distributed systems. * Promote product-oriented mindset and technical excellence culture across projects. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Advanced experience in backend development with .Net, Python, and Node.js. * Solid experience in frontend development with React.js, Microfrontend, and Next.js. * Experience designing and implementing relational (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases, including replication strategies and high availability. * Advanced practices in observability and monitoring of distributed systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). * Experience integrating Generative AI solutions into web applications. * Knowledge of scalable system architecture and API governance. **Desirable:** * Experience in projects involving innovation with GenAI or applied AI. * Implementation of innovative large-scale caching strategies. * Involvement in strategic initiatives aligned with excellence in user experience using GenAI. ### **Differentiators** * Active participation in technical communities or technology events. * Relevant certifications in Cloud, Backend, or Frontend. * Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD. **What We Offer** We operate under a default remote work model, prioritizing your freedom and responsibility.
