Senior Analytical Engineer at BairesDev We are looking for an outstanding Senior Analytical Engineer to join BairesDev’s Research and Development (R\&D) team. As an Analytical Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering easily consumable analytical data across various internal business contexts. Your Responsibilities: * Build and maintain enterprise-wide and domain-specific data pipelines. * Help build and maintain corporate data visualization dashboards. * Understand business rules that model the organization and translate them into code (SQL/Python). * Identify opportunities to better organize data and information across the company. * Collaborate with data product managers to create outstanding data products. * Help foster a data-driven mindset and improve data literacy — be a data evangelist. * As a senior professional, help develop other team members’ soft and hard skills. What We Expect From You: * 7\+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or other data-related fields. * 5\+ years of experience with SQL. * 2\+ years of experience with Python, R, or another programming language. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users. Nice to Have: * 1\+ year of experience in Analytical Engineering. * Experience in people analytics, streaming analytics, graph databases, and data visualization tools. * Experience with Apache Spark, Hive and Impala, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
