Job Summary: We are seeking an Analyst to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of monitoring and data visualization solutions, ensuring operational visibility and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for monitoring 2. Create reports and dashboards in Power BI for data analysis 3. Administer and operate Linux environments We are seeking an Analyst to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of monitoring and data visualization solutions, ensuring operational visibility and supporting decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring * Create reports and dashboards in Power BI for data analysis and business metrics * Administer and operate Linux environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) * Collect, process, and integrate data from various sources (logs, metrics, APIs, databases) * Configure monitoring alerts and metrics (e.g., Prometheus, logs, etc.) * Analyze incidents and continuously improve observability * Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Data teams **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with Grafana (dashboard and alert creation) * Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, reporting) * Knowledge of Linux (command line, processes, basic networking) * Understanding of monitoring and observability concepts * Basic SQL knowledge **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Prometheus or other metric tools * Knowledge of automation (Shell Script or Python) * Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL **Desired Profile:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams * Proactivity in problem-solving ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Outsourcing
