Vem pra Nuvem is a company specialized in cloud computing solutions. We offer services that help enterprises migrate and optimize their operations in the cloud. **Responsibilities:** Define and lead experimentation and impact analysis strategies for data and AI products. Act as a GenAI reference, focusing on evaluation and continuous improvement of models and systems. Build benchmark datasets, metrics, and failure analyses for model evaluation. Evaluate AI solutions considering quality, security, hallucination, cost, and robustness. Lead studies with language models, fine\-tuning, and model specialization. Collaborate with AI, Data, and Product teams to transform research into applied solutions. Ensure best practices in coding, reproducibility, and model validation. Communicate insights, decisions, and trade\-offs to technical and executive audiences. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Big Data Specialist, or Data Researcher may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
