Development of high-end architectural and interior design projects **ARCHITECT – PROJECTS AND INTERIORS** **Medium- and High-End Interior Design Projects | Residential, Corporate, and Commercial** The LigaJobs team is assisting an architecture and interior design firm—specializing in residential, commercial, and corporate projects—in hiring an **Architect**. The firm offers comprehensive solutions that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and well-being, with strong emphasis on personalization and close client service. It operates from initial studies and concept development through technical detailing and construction supervision, aiming to translate clients’ needs and expectations into welcoming, balanced, and contemporary spaces. The professional will be responsible for participating across all project phases—from conception through execution—ensuring technical quality, client alignment, and adherence to the proposed concept. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural and interior design projects—from initial study through technical detailing * Prepare construction drawings in AutoCAD (floor plans, sections, elevations, cabinetry, tiling layouts, etc.) * Perform 3D modeling in SketchUp to support presentations * Support layout conception and creative solutions by contributing references and ideas * Specify materials, finishes, and technical solutions aligned with the project concept * Maintain direct contact with clients throughout project stages to ensure alignment and clear understanding of requirements * Conduct on-site measurements and technical surveys * Supervise construction through periodic site visits, supporting implementation and resolving queries * Prepare construction progress reports * Assist in budget preparation (construction, cabinetry, suppliers) * Organize project documents, files, and information * Manage multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines and handling competing demands **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Experience developing architectural and interior design projects across all phases * Experience with medium- and high-end residential projects * Experience supervising construction work * Experience working in small- or medium-sized architecture firms * AutoCAD (advanced level) * SketchUp (advanced level) * Lumion (a plus) * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – intermediate level) * Personal vehicle for travel to construction sites * Easy access to the Pacaembu region **Employment Conditions:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Hybrid work model (in-office Monday–Thursday; remote Friday) * Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B Personal Vehicle Reimbursement for travel expenses related to construction site visits
