Job Summary: Port Promotora is seeking a Process Analyst to map, analyze, and optimize workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Process Analyst**, a professional responsible for **mapping**, **analyzing**, and **optimizing** the company's **workflows**, ensuring greater **operational efficiency**, **cost reduction**, and alignment with business strategic objectives. This role serves as a bridge between operational areas and technology, promoting **continuous improvement**, process standardization, and internal practice evolution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map and **model processes** (As\-Is and To\-Be) using **flowcharts** and **BPMN** * **Identify bottlenecks**, **failures**, and **opportunities for improvement** in processes * Develop and maintain **Standard Operating Procedures** (SOPs) * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) * Define, monitor, and analyze **performance indicators** (KPIs) * Support **process automation initiatives** in partnership with the IT department **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Engineering (Technical Focus), Business Process Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Experience in **process mapping and improvement** * Knowledge of **modeling tools** (Bizagi, Visio, or similar) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Desired Competencies:** * **Analytical thinking** and **systems thinking** * Strong communication and cross-departmental relationship skills * Change management capability * Proactivity and results orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Lean** or **Six Sigma methodologies** * Experience with process automation **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Wellhub * Corporate University Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Internet allowance * Profit sharing * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
