#### **About the position:** If you are a professional with a holistic vision, creative, proactive, and with good interpersonal skills, you will fit perfectly into this position! We are looking for a professional to stock and execute at the point of sale (POS), following industry strategies, replenishing missing products in stores, securing prominent display positions at the point of sale (POS), ensuring contract execution in-store, and cultivating strong relationships with all stakeholders. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Execute store activities following the steps outlined in the Excellence in Execution program; * Monitor and control product expiry dates and ensure correct FEFO (First Expired, First Out) flow; * Ensure cleanliness of shelves and equipment used to display our products; * Display our products in accordance with industry strategies and planograms; * Check, monitor, and suggest restocking of store inventories; * Flag stockouts in the tool and communicate them to the sales representative and leadership; * Ensure all displayed products are correctly priced; * Ensure proper use and disposal of merchandising materials; * Implement merchandising materials correctly, aiming to secure additional display space at the POS; * Assist consumers and answer questions when requested; * Carry out product rotation promotion actions as directed by the supervisor; * Ensure accurate completion of information requested in the research tool; * Attend internal and industry training sessions according to schedule; * Attend team meetings as instructed by the supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** Completed High School Education #### **Benefits:** Medical Assistance (employee-paid) Dental Assistance (employee-paid) Alelo Personal Support Exclusive Employee Center (CEC) Life Insurance Psychological Support Service Total Pass – Gym (employee-paid) Christmas Bonus Ticket (company-paid) Cost-of-living allowance
