




Grupo Save is looking for a BackOffice Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and traceability of administrative processes related to the commercial area and contract management, directly supporting consultants, coordination, and technical teams. The role will also involve formalizing, updating, and controlling documentation, ensuring that assessments, contracts, and tax offset processes are properly recorded, auditable, and legally compliant. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial area, ensuring the formalization, update, and control of contracts. * Administer and maintain up-to-date information in management systems (CRM, control spreadsheets, e-CAC). * Support the issuance of assessments, contracts, and tax offset processes, ensuring compliance and deadlines. * Ensure data and document quality, consistency, and traceability. * Facilitate communication between internal departments (commercial, legal, execution, compensation) and external partners. * Promote document organization and best practices for compliance and audits. * Contribute to the efficiency of internal processes, serving as a support point for consultants and coordination. **Requirements** -------------- * Ongoing or completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Law, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Previous experience in administrative routines, backoffice, or commercial support. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, Bitrix or similar) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). * Basic knowledge of legal/tax processes (contracts, certificates, offsets) is an important advantage. * Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining reliable records. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Advantages** ---------------- * Experience in contract management or administrative routines in accounting, legal, or SaaS companies.
