Job Summary: Grupo Romitex is seeking a Distribution Assistant to monitor incoming parts, plan delivery routes, issue invoices, and organize production. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in delivery route planning and production organization 2. Responsible for monitoring parts and issuing invoices and delivery manifests 3. Applies the 5S methodology and manages sewing machines *Grupo Romitex is growing, and we are looking for a Distribution Assistant to drive our results!* **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily incoming parts, manage process stage 115, and organize pilot parts with their technical sheets. * Assist in planning delivery routes, receive external subcontractors, and conduct item and weight verification (excess trimmings). * Issue invoices and delivery manifests (sewing, embroidery, and printing), organize production orders (OPs), and archive documents. * Manage sewing machines, request materials from the warehouse, implement the 5S methodology in the department, and complete weekly bonus closing. **Requirements:** * Education: * Completed high school; * Basic knowledge of cutting and sewing processes; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and proficiency with basic invoice issuance systems.
