Then, sign up for this Occupational Health and Safety Technician opportunity**.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Record and handle workplace accidents; * Investigate workplace accidents and incidents; * Coordinate the Risk Management Program (PGR); * Coordinate the distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Monitor the use and maintenance of fire extinguishers; * Recognize and monitor hazardous agents; * Provide guidance and follow-up to preserve the physical well-being of employees in industrial facilities; * Control and ensure employees complete safety training according to current legislation; * Conduct periodic accident prevention training; * Monitor and assist in planning and executing programs to preserve workers' physical integrity; * Perform safety inspections; * Suggest accident prevention and risk control measures; * Issue and analyze PPP, LTCAT, PGR, GRO; and e-social; * Monitor internal and external audits; * Monitor CIPA meetings and electoral processes; * Control and monitor documentation from third-party companies, ensuring the safety and health of partner employees; * Manage chemical products, approving suitable products for process use; * Implement safety programs in compliance with regulatory standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in occupational health and safety; * Registration with the regulatory body (Ministry of Labor and Employment); * Driver's license (CNH) desirable; * Dynamism and good interpersonal skills for teamwork; * Proficiency in software systems (Google Docs, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.); * SENIOR system knowledge is a plus; * Experience and familiarity with preventive systems routines (Brigade); (desirable) * Good interpersonal relationships; * Analytical skills; * Agility; * Organization; * Proactivity; * Assertive communication; * Problem-solving skills; * Teamwork. **Additional information** Work schedule from 07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
