**DESIRED PROFILE**
* **Experience:** Solid track record operating extrusion machines.
* **Education:** Completed high school.
* **Preferred Qualification:** Technical training in Plastics, Production, or related fields.
* **Competencies:** Collaborative profile, agility in decision-making, professional demeanor, and technical mastery of process control.
**CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Operational Mastery:** Manage the full extrusion line cycle—from setup (die changes) to safe equipment startup and shutdown.
* **Quality Excellence:** Ensure strict product conformity (CQA), performing sample collection and technical inspection of dies and molds.
* **Performance Focus:** Monitor productivity indicators (OEE), identify anomalies, and propose improvements to optimize results.
* **Integration and Support:** Initiate service orders (maintenance/tooling) and ensure clear, efficient shift handovers.
* **Safety Culture:** Operate under the highest safety standards, rigorously using PPE and maintaining the 5S methodology in the area.

Schedule: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM — rotating shift schedule (6x2 and 5x3)

Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: Starting at R$11.82 per hour
