No prior experience required. **Technical Assistant** Replace customer forklift and pallet truck batteries; clean batteries and add deionized water; ensure proper battery recharging; assist in preventive battery maintenance, including connector replacement, valve analysis and filling, cable insulation and inspection. Record battery information in the application and maintain 5S standards in the room. **Requirements:** · No experience required · Availability to work in Varginha/MG · Proactive profile, capable of working independently · Strong sense of responsibility (as work will be performed alone) Salary: R$ 2\.428,92 **Benefits:** Breakfast and lunch provided on-site, Meal allowance R$ 112,98, Fuel allowance based on kilometers traveled (personal vehicle required, as there is no bus service in the area) Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–16:00; Friday, 06:00–15:00\.
