Responsibilities and duties * Support the leader in analyzing replenishment demand, contributing to defining strategies that ensure achievement of operational goals; * Generate Supply Service Orders (SO), organize and distribute them among the replenishment team and stackers; * Guide employees on correct task execution according to area procedures and work instructions; * Monitor progress of distributed SOs, ensuring execution within deadlines and quality standards; * Perform systematic and physical checks in cases of discrepancies or reported shortages; * Monitor workplace conditions, ensuring cleanliness, organization, standardization, and compliance with safety regulations; * Monitor and support logistics assistants' performance together with the leader, ensuring tasks are properly executed; * Assist the leader in administrative and operational tasks whenever necessary; * Provide team support regarding operational and non-operational questions, promoting a collaborative and efficient environment. Requirements and qualifications * Completed or ongoing higher education (Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields); * Proficiency in basic/intermediate Office suite; * Flexible availability; * Experience with WMS and WinThor systems is a plus; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.
