Provide technical support and clarification to customers Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services of any complexity on electric and/or combustion-powered machinery for external customers. **We offer:** ============= **Technical Support Technician I \- Osasco/SP** ============================================== ### **Affirmative Action Position for Women and Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Requirements:** * Completed technical education. * Training in forklift mechanic courses. * Experience as a technical service mechanic or similar roles. * Knowledge of related activities (workshop, equipment repairs) and automotive mechanics. * Valid driver's license. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services of any complexity on electric and/or combustion-powered machinery, as well as on traction batteries, carts, and chargers; * Execute failure history analysis processes and program controllers and logic systems for a specific machine category (combustion or electric). * Identify/locate machine problems through operational inspections using service manuals, electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and service software; * Conduct Technical Delivery and Functional Training on machines, and provide technical support and clarification to customers (internal and external) regarding machine operation, as well as deliver technical support when necessary; * Perform cleaning of machines, batteries, and accessories according to the preventive maintenance checklist, requirements, and/or as determined by planning/operations; * Identify and request spare parts, accessories, and maintenance consumables; * Complete service order forms (paper or electronic), maintenance checklists, parts and consumables requisition forms, and any other technical documents requested by the department/operations; * Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and cleaning the workplace and/or vehicle under their responsibility. **The KION Group respects and values diversity; therefore, all applications are welcome in our selection processes, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or age.
