Under the supervision of a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automation and AI solutions that optimize our internal processes and drive business efficiency across the group. This is an operational role requiring prior experience with low-code tools such as N8N/Make. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing intelligent solutions that optimize processes and add value to the group’s businesses, under the supervision of a more senior Solutions Engineer. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and maintain automation workflows using low-code tools such as N8N, Make, and other similar platforms; * Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, including the use of Large Language Models (LLMs). * Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new automations. * Create and maintain technical documentation for developed processes and solutions. * Participate in agile methodology ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), such as daily meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives. * Provide support and perform maintenance on existing automations, ensuring their full functionality. **Requirements:** * Prior experience (professional or project-based) with low-code/no-code automation and integration tools (e.g., N8N, Make, Zapier, etc.). * Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially Python, for writing scripts and integrations. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications. * Excellent logical reasoning and ability to solve problems in a structured manner. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Proactivity and strong interest in independently learning emerging technologies. **Preferred Qualifications (considered advantageous):** * Knowledge of API consumption (REST/GraphQL). * Experience with agile project development methodologies. * Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio). * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL). * Technical English for reading documentation. **Essential Qualifications:** * Experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., N8N, Make, Zapier). * Basic knowledge of Python, focused on automation and integration scripting. * Familiarity with API operation (REST) for system integration. * Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Strong logical reasoning and ability to solve problems in a structured manner. * Good communication skills and ability to document developed processes and solutions. * Knowledge of JavaScript.
