Physical stamina and responsibility **Job Description – Operational Assistant (Pest Control)** An employee focused on supporting field routines, assisting the technical team with logistical and operational demands of pest control services. Primarily handles material transportation, workplace organization, and general support during service deliveries, always following instructions from the responsible technician. **Responsibilities:** * Transport equipment, tools, and products to service locations * Keep materials and utensils organized before and after services * Assist in assembling and disassembling items used during work execution * Contribute to cleaning equipment, vehicles, and support areas * Comply with safety guidelines and internal procedures **Basic Requirements:** * Minimum education: elementary school * Availability for external activities and operational routines * Prior experience not required * Driver’s license category B is considered an advantage **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a collaborative, agile individual with good physical stamina, punctuality, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to work effectively in a team.
