Job Summary: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration for continuous improvement of processes and equipment Responsibilities: Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance activities as per the established schedule. Strictly comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and appropriate tools for each task. Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, or flexible schedules according to operational demand. Work in an industrial environment, potentially involving exposure to noise, heat, and moderate physical effort. Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment preservation. Immediately report failures, operational risks, and maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor. Participate in technical and safety training sessions whenever required. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and equipment. Commitment to productivity, cost reduction, and operational reliability.
