Growth opportunity in an expanding company Position: Commercial Analyst – Elevator Modernization Sales We specialize in elevator and accessibility platform modernization, installation, and maintenance, with a focus on safety, technology, and superior quality. **Job Responsibilities**: * Identify modernization opportunities in existing contracts and with new clients, offering technical and commercial solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and equipment value enhancement. * Prospect clients for partial or full elevator modernization projects; * Conduct technical site visits to assess client needs and evaluate equipment; * Prepare commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with the engineering team; * Negotiate contracts, managing the entire sales cycle through to closure; * Maintain relationships with building managers, property management companies, construction firms, and maintenance service providers; * Monitor post-sale customer satisfaction and support after-sales activities when required; **Requirements**: Technical competencies: Technical knowledge of elevator systems (for commercial argumentation), ability to identify modernization opportunities on-site, technical diagnosis oriented toward value proposition (safety, comfort, energy efficiency), interpretation of technical drawings and reports for proposal development.
