Join our team and become part of a group committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative operational tasks such as various controls, routine procedures, filing, scheduling, and data entry. * Organize and manage files; sort and classify documents. * Conduct periodic process cleanup. * Request and manage office supplies for the department; prepare periodic reports; type and update data. * Serve internal and external customers; address inquiries and provide solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school education currently in progress or completed. **Additional Information** LOCATION: Av. Headquartered in São Paulo city, Seconci\-SP operates 12 additional outpatient units across the State of São Paulo, delivering medical outpatient care, dental services, diagnostic tests, and complementary and support services. **INTEGRATED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT** Beyond providing assistance to construction workers, Seconci\-SP has, for over 25 years, advised companies across all sectors/segments on integrated occupational health and safety (OHS) management. It employs experienced, highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, and specialists widely recognized in the market. Another key differentiator: Seconci\-SP uses the SOC System, the market-leading platform for OHS management. Seconci\-SP supports companies in implementing preventive actions aimed at improving workers’ quality of life, increasing productivity, and reducing operational costs. **SOCIAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION \- SHO** Given its extensive experience in healthcare delivery and its established partnership with the State of São Paulo—having removed thousands of users from SUS waiting lists—Seconci\-SP was invited in 1998 to participate in the qualification process for the first generation of Social Health Organizations (SHOs) in Brazil. It assumed responsibility for managing health facilities in partnership with the State and Municipal Governments of São Paulo.
