We are seeking a Teaching Coordinator to join our team at Wise Up. This is a pivotal role that will directly impact teaching quality and student development. We seek someone who not only imparts knowledge but also inspires and leads through a positive and collaborative learning environment. As Teaching Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding teachers, ensuring the implementation of effective pedagogical strategies, and promoting an enriching learning environment. Your communication skills will be crucial to ensure all team members align with Wise Up’s educational goals. The coordinator must strongly encourage continuous professional development among staff. They must exemplify dedication to both work and study. They must master the methodology and champion its optimal application. Additionally, the Teaching Coordinator at Wise Up is responsible for maintaining the unit’s student portfolio, ensuring lesson quality, remaining vigilant for students experiencing difficulties, and referring them to appropriate solutions so the school can deliver what they sought from us: English fluency. One of the Teaching Coordinator’s most important responsibilities is reversal counseling—identifying the reasons behind a student’s intent to cancel enrollment and reversing that decision, helping them continue their learning journey. This requires excellent communication and persuasive skills. The Teaching Coordinator is a partner and right-hand support to the unit franchisee.
