We are looking for an Internal Supervisor to join our commercial team and directly contribute to business growth by acting strategically and closely supporting our distributors. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Managing the distributor portfolio, strengthening relationships, and identifying growth opportunities; Conducting strategic collections and negotiations to ensure timely payments; Providing customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, delivering agile, consultative, and high-quality service; Working with clear targets, monitoring performance, and continuously striving to exceed them; Preparing sales reports and performance indicators to support decision-making; Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks while maintaining up-to-date records of contacts and negotiations; Collaborating with the commercial team to foster a collaborative, dynamic, and results-oriented environment. Requirements: **For this opportunity, we seek candidates who have:** Completed high school; Prior experience in customer service and sales, preferably in retail, with exposure to targets and performance metrics; Residence in São Bernardo do Campo or nearby regions; Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease in interacting with diverse customer profiles; A collaborative mindset, ability to work effectively in teams, and commitment to fostering a positive and engaged environment; Results orientation, organizational skills, and excellence in customer service.
