Job Summary: Provide public service, conduct user studies, perform technical processing, and promote reading in a school library. Key Highlights: 1. Engaging in information processing and management of information services. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 30 hours per week **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Public service, user studies, technical processing, collection circulation, and planning, development, and implementation of activities promoting reading and cultural diversity in the school library of the unit. **Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 09:00 to 15:15, and Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 to 17:15\.** Interested? Then read the conditions and requirements and apply! **Applications open until 07/14/2026\.** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Library Science; * Experience as a Librarian or intern in a school library; * Professional Registration – Regional Council of Library Science (CRB) 8th Region **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * Strategies to promote reading among the children and youth audience of the school unit. * Strategies for serving the children and youth audience of the school unit. * Specific technical actions for information processing at the school unit. * Automated collection management systems for organizing information at the school unit. * Management of information services to support service delivery at the school unit. * Proficiency in reading and writing across various text genres. * Structure of report and review genres for frequent preparation. * Legislation relevant to the field of practice. * Cultural activities at the school unit. * Microsoft Office suite and internet proficiency. **ATTENTION!
