Ensure safety during routine and special primary maintenance tasks. Perform routine preventive maintenance (daily activities classified as M1), using the Maximo platform for work request creation and closure or service control. Contribute to site reliability by resolving issues 24/7 during on-call support. Conduct equipment and facility rounds for safety, reliability, and efficiency purposes, as well as upon request. Continuous improvement identification and implementation is also part of your job profile. Skills in recognizing equipment efficiency and performance—such as turbines, heat exchangers, air compressors, and nitrogen compressors—will be considered an advantage. Collaborates on asset optimization: Following the ROCC’s decision to change the plant and/or network operating point, he/she follows the appropriate POP to carry out any necessary local actions to bring the plant and network to the specified operating point. Manages asset optimization: He/She takes the necessary local actions to return his/her plant and/or network to normal process conditions, following the appropriate POPs. He/She may propose SOP improvements to the Site Manager and ROCC Manager (e.g., including new alarm scenarios and associated actions to prevent trips) to ensure proper short-term reliability management. Collaborates on short-term system supply availability (gaseous, liquid, etc.): Following the ROCC’s decision to change the plant and/or network operating point, he/she takes the necessary local actions to operate the plant and/or network at the required operating point (including standby), while adhering to the appropriate POPs. He/She may propose SOP improvements to the Site Manager and ROCC Manager to reduce the time lag between setpoint changes and system response. Collaborates on asset optimization: After LEAD plant efficiency assessment and development of an optimization improvement plan, he/she contributes by implementing necessary local actions to deliver expected savings within his/her area(s) of competence. He/She promptly informs the Site Manager of local issues/restrictions preventing implementation of required modifications for long-term efficiency management. Local problem emergency management: As a member of the Emergency Response Team / Local Crisis Management Team, he/she is trained and qualified to properly implement the emergency response plan as well as the site-specific safety plan. Troubleshooting operational mode management: As a member of the on-call team, he/she contributes to troubleshooting within his/her area(s) of competence. He/She is also trained and qualified to safely and reliably operate the plant in specific non-standard modes. Compliance with local safety management (work permits, etc.): He/She must actively contribute to developing/maintaining high safety standards. Regulatory compliance: He/She actively contributes to compliance with all regulations applicable to his/her area(s) of competence. Daily production monitoring - Load and unload raw materials and products following the SOP to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and products. - Communicate with bulk carriers of raw materials and products for safe and efficient loading/unloading. - Safely start up and shut down facilities or equipment in accordance with applicable POPs. - Recommend updates to POPs in line with company policies. - Be an active participant in local meetings. - Establish strong links with ROCC Real-Time Technicians / Real-Time Engineers.
