Participation in continuous improvement projects **Description:** ---------------- Preventive and corrective maintenance: Conducts periodic inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of parts and components to prevent failures and ensure proper machine operation. Diagnosis and repair: Identifies and resolves mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machines using measurement tools and equipment. Adjustments and calibrations: Performs adjustments and calibrations on machine components to optimize the injection process and ensure final product quality. Assembly and disassembly: Performs assembly and disassembly of components and equipment as required for maintenance or repair. Testing and evaluation: Conducts performance tests and evaluates final product quality after maintenance. Documentation preparation: Prepares maintenance reports, records information about performed activities, and monitors performance indicators. Project participation: Participates in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new technologies. Safety: Ensures all activities comply with safety standards and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used. **Requirements:** ----------------- Prior experience with Romi and Haitian injection molding machines Skills and knowledge: Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. Experience in maintenance of injection molding machines. Skill in diagnosis and problem solving. Knowledge of measuring instruments. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Availability to work different shifts.
