Join our team! **Job Description** * Technically and administratively oversee laboratory activities, personnel, and results within your area of responsibility; uphold the company’s health, safety, and environmental values; * Plan and allocate tasks according to established priorities; * Identify and provide necessary resources to carry out work; * Deliver training within your areas of expertise; * Represent SGS—within your scope of competence—at events, audits, or direct client interactions; * Approve internal procedures, analytical methods, and test protocols prior to use; * Determine which services will be performed internally or externally; * Support continuous improvement plans and monitor key performance indicators of the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Maintain leadership and commitment regarding the maintenance and performance of the management system; * Be responsible for planning and delivering inter-laboratory tests involving SGS; **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields, with active CRQ registration (mandatory); * Prior solid experience in managing and leading physical-chemical laboratories; * Strong analytical and management skills; * Intermediate English proficiency strongly preferred; * Prior experience in an environmental laboratory. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** A challenging environment offering numerous opportunities for change and transformation.
