OSSEL is seeking a **Junior Training Instructor** to support Active Telemarketing operations, with a focus on developing commercial teams, collections, and active negotiation. We seek dynamic, communicative professionals with strong people development capabilities, operational engagement, and performance monitoring skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person training sessions for active telemarketing operators: * Active sales; * Active collections; * Negotiation and retention; * Commercial techniques and conversion. * Develop training materials, presentations, and supporting content; * Administer learning assessments and performance monitoring; * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and refresher training; * Support leadership in team development. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources; Business Administration; Pedagogy; Commercial Management; or related fields. * Experience training teams in: * Active telemarketing; * Collections; * Active negotiation; * Internal and external sales (preferred); * Experience working in goal- and metric-driven operations; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Comfort speaking in front of groups; * Motivational, dynamic, and analytical profile. **Technical Knowledge / Tools:** Desirable knowledge of: * PowerPoint; * Excel; * Google Forms; * Google Meet / Teams; * Operational metrics (ASA, conversion, quality, productivity); * Monitoring and performance tracking tools; * Creating presentations and training content. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of training and development methodologies; * Experience with motivational campaigns and commercial team development.
