LigaJobs is assisting a civil construction company specializing in high-end, complex construction and project management, with its headquarters located in Santos/SP, in recruiting a professional experienced in **Construction Budgeting and Cost Control**, with a focus on residential (preferably) and commercial projects. This is a strategic position requiring analytical insight, technical rigor, and the ability to integrate budgeting, procurement, and financial monitoring of construction projects—ensuring accuracy, clear comparative analysis, and decision-making support. **Responsibilities:** Budgeting * Prepare comprehensive budgets for residential and commercial construction projects. * Conduct quantity take-offs based on architectural and complementary project drawings. * Develop cost compositions, spreadsheets, and detailed breakdowns. * Prepare technical and commercial alignments among suppliers. * Assist in feasibility studies and cost scenario analyses. Costs & Monitoring * Monitor forecasted versus actual project costs. * Identify discrepancies among budgets, contracts, and payments. * Create and update comparative dashboards, progress curves, and analytical reports. * Monitor cost indicators, material consumption, and input price variations. * Identify risks, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. * Analyze measurement records, invoices, and procurement requests for technical and financial validation. Procurement (Technical Support) * Support the procurement team in technical alignment of supplier proposals. * Assist in verifying scopes, quantities, and consistency between budgets and contracting documents. * Conduct technical reviews to ensure consistency among pricing, quantities, and quality. * Support definition of procurement packages, criteria, and standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Budget Analyst, Cost Analyst, or in related roles. * Experience with residential construction projects (preferably high-end). * Technical degree in Civil Construction. * Proficiency in: * Quantity take-off * Cost compositions and indicators * Technical alignments * Cost and variance analysis * Reading of project drawings (architecture, structure, installations) * Knowledge of cost monitoring, physical/financial S-curves, and controls. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with budgeting software and/or ERP systems is a plus. * Organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of items, suppliers, and analyses. * Willingness to work on-site in Santos/SP. **Employment Conditions** * Contract as an Individual Legal Entity (PJ) * Salary negotiable * Issuance of 13 invoices per year * Annual leave of 30 days * Monthly allowance for meals and transportation * Access to gyms, studios, and wellness programs * Access to technical specialization courses via the company’s Corporate University * Modern corporate environment in Santos/SP Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education: * Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor’s Degree * Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * Building Construction, Bachelor’s Degree * Technical Engineering for Public Works, Bachelor’s Degree * Building Construction Technology, Technical Course
