In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-performance navigation applications using **Kotlin** and **Jetpack components**, with a strong emphasis on **Navigation SDKs** for routing, map rendering, and navigation features. You will work in an agile and multifunctional environment where your expertise in **Clean Architecture**, **system integration**, and **performance optimization** will be essential to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** If you are a proactive and strategic Android Developer passionate about high-performance applications, enjoy working in collaborative and agile teams, appreciate mentoring others, thrive on tackling complex technical challenges, make well-founded design decisions, possess a strong sense of ownership, communicate clearly, and are hands-on—unafraid to test and develop code directly on our **trucks**, ensuring top-tier solutions—this position is for you! * Design, implement, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack components. * Optimize system performance and ensure seamless cross-platform integration. * Apply Clean Architecture principles, including unit testing and coding quality standards. * Collaborate with multifunctional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver features. * Mentor and support junior developers, promoting technical growth and knowledge sharing. * Actively participate in agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Strong mastery of Clean Architecture, MVVM, and SOLID principles. * Expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack components (Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation). * Experience with unit tests, instrumented tests, and UI automation tests (JUnit, Espresso). * Snapshot testing for UI consistency across multiple brands. * Strong focus on code quality. * Knowledge of internationalization and localization. * Experience with dynamic theming and design systems for multi-brand UX. * Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration. * **Advanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as this role reports to an international manager and requires daily written and verbal English interaction.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in system integration, memory management, and profiling tools (Android Profiler, LeakCanary). * Optimization of startup time in large-scale applications. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). * Gradle optimization, multi-flavor/multi-brand builds. * Experience with agile/Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence). **Additional Information** *This position is open to all applicants, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, accessibility needs, cultural or social background, or any other factor.
