Liaising with Engineering, Logistics, and Quality **Description:** ---------------- Work Model: Hybrid, with 4 days per week on-site Location: São Bernardo do Campo, SP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Job Activities / Responsibilities** * Procure components for aftermarket lines of discontinued vehicles, including developing new suppliers and purchasing raw materials and low-volume batches. * Conduct supplier negotiations to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery terms. * Perform quotation analysis and cost structure analysis (cost breakdown), identifying cost-reduction opportunities through benchmarking. * Manage supplier performance by monitoring key performance indicators and proposing continuous improvement plans. * Liaise with departments such as Engineering, Logistics, and Quality; prepare reports, escalate issues, and propose solutions. **Requirements / Professional Experience** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Direct Procurement within large industrial companies; automotive industry experience is desirable. * Solid experience in supplier negotiation and contract management. * Knowledge of cost analysis (cost breakdown) and manufacturing processes. * Experience with electronic components, stamped parts, and injection-molded parts. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * SAP knowledge.
