




Job Summary: Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure organization, proper workflow, and quality customer service, and manage personnel and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor inventory levels, product expiration dates, and support strategic purchasing. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure organization, proper workflow, and quality customer service. * Monitor inventory levels, product expiration dates, stock replenishment, and proper storage. * Support procurement management and suggest strategic orders based on demand and turnover. * Monitor sales metrics, targets, and operational performance. * Resolve conflicts, guide team members, and ensure a healthy work environment. * Ensure proper execution of processes such as medication dispensing, prescription verification, and controlled substance recordkeeping. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in pharmacies, drugstores, or health retail (with leadership experience). * Skills in people management, communication, and problem solving. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems (preferred). * Flexible availability. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Pharmacy benefit plan * Performance-based bonus **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 1 day off **Shift Period:** To be determined **Remuneration:** R$3,000.00 to R$4,000.00 Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Pay: R$3,000.00 – R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health and commercial discount programs * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
