Job Summary: Plan and control the production flow to efficiently fulfill sales orders while optimizing resources and ensuring technical compliance, managing materials and documentation. Product engineering analysis and documentation control Job Objective Planning, scheduling, and controlling the production flow to ensure sales orders are fulfilled efficiently, with optimized resources and technical compliance. Main Responsibilities 1\. Production Planning and Scheduling Develop the production plan by aligning commercial demand (sales orders) with the factory's actual capacity. Define priorities and sequence Production Orders (POs) to optimize machine time and labor. Monitor daily order status to ensure on-time delivery. 2\. Material and Inventory Management Calculate raw material and component requirements for each production cycle. Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points. Issue purchase requisitions in advance to prevent line stoppages. 3\. Product Engineering and Documentation Analyze and structure product composition, detailing raw materials, components, internal services, and outsourcing processes. Organize and control the company’s project archive and technical drawings, ensuring production uses updated versions. 4\. Control and Continuous Improvement Physically monitor production progress on the shop floor. Identify bottlenecks or deviations from the original plan and report them for immediate adjustment. Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge of metallurgical industry production processes (machining, fabrication, assembly, or similar). * Technical Competence: Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings. * Experience with ERP systems and intermediate-level Excel proficiency for spreadsheet control. * Behavioral Profile (Hands-on): Proactive, practical approach, with ease moving between office and shop floor environments. * Problem Solving: Agility and critical thinking to identify bottlenecks and propose immediate solutions in the production flow. * Assertive Communication: Ability to interact clearly with procurement, sales, and production teams.
