




* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Sales Management, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative routines, commercial support, or operational areas. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas). * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM (Salesforce) is desirable. * Analytical ability for data interpretation and report preparation. Responsibilities: * Assist representatives and customers with various requests (promotional items, supplies, information). * Organize technical visits and events (logistics, accommodation, materials). * Support onboarding of new clients by monitoring schedules and pending issues. * Prepare and update operational reports and performance indicators. * Manage supply orders and shipments according to internal policies. * Initiate contact with delinquent customers and assist in mediations. * Contribute to internal organization (reimbursements, scheduling, operational records).
